1. What this website collects

Nothing beyond standard server logs. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no cookie banner on this site, because there are no cookies to consent to. Our hosting provider records ordinary request data (IP address, user agent, page requested) for security and abuse prevention.

There is also no form on this site. If you want to reach us you email or call, and what you send us is what we have.

2. What our email collects

This is the part worth reading, because it is the reason you are probably here.

• Contact data. Business contact details — name, business email, firm, role, and the property or professional information that made you relevant — obtained from public records, business directories and licensed B2B data providers.
• Open tracking. Our email may contain a single 1×1 image loaded from this domain, which records that a message was opened. Contact records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, after which we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again. Reply threads are kept as business correspondence.

7. Security

Data is stored in AWS with server-side encryption and access scoped to named IAM users. Every page and endpoint on this domain is served over HTTPS. No payment data is handled on this domain at all.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
